The XMC oxygen generators
XMC oxygen generators are designed and manufactured to meet the needs of small and large industries that use oxygen with high purity standards.
They operate fully automatically and can continuously supply 1.5 m3/h of oxygen at a pressure of 3.5-3.7 atmospheres, up to 12 m3/h of oxygen, which can optionally be compressed up to 200 bar. The oxygen purity is 97±1%.
Oxygen production
To produce oxygen, molecular sieves are used which, exploiting the different molecular weights of the gas mixture in the atmosphere, absorb nitrogen while allowing oxygen to pass through. To produce a continuous flow of oxygen, XMCs consist of two adsorbent units that operate alternately. The air flow is automatically diverted from one unit to the other by timer-controlled solenoid valves.
What are molecular sieves
The molecular sieves used are self-regenerating and, if the unit is properly treated (absolutely avoid contact between water, oil, and dust particles), they have a virtually indefinite lifespan. The following systems comply with “low pressure” machinery regulations and do not require special safety measures.
Oxygen production systems
Multibooster oxygen systems comply with MIL 1330D(SH) standards. Oxygen production systems are assembled and configured according to the specific needs of each individual user.
